I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Later that day I received a call to say they were ready, beautifully repaired, professionally cleaned, and all free of charge. I was genuinely blown away by the service!!

Our home appointments are complimentary and come with no obligation to purchase. It is part of our commitment to providing a truly personal and exceptional service.

We will work with you during a preliminary phone call to understand your tastes and interests. Our expert will then bring a curated selection of pieces tailored specifically for you.

There is no set limit, as our goal is to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable viewing experience.

Absolutely. Discretion and security are paramount.

Our experts arrive in unmarked vehicles, and all jewellery is fully insured. We take every precaution to ensure your privacy and peace of mind.

Of course. We encourage you to share the experience with loved ones, especially if you are choosing a piece for a special occasion like an engagement or anniversary.

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do so by contacting us directly through the details provided in your confirmation email.

We find that 40-60 minutes is the ideal amount of time for a comfortable and thorough consultation. This allows you to view the collection without feeling rushed and gives us ample time to answer all your questions. However, we are flexible and can adjust to your schedule.
