I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Later that day I received a call to say they were ready, beautifully repaired, professionally cleaned, and all free of charge. I was genuinely blown away by the service!!

Super friendly, honest, and clearly passionate about their work. I couldn’t recommend Griffin & Co more and will definitely be back and this place will definitely be by go-to jewellers!

  • Look at a curated selection of diamonds or gemstones.
  • Begin sketching out initial ideas for your bespoke piece.

For bespoke designs, this is the first step in our 3D CAD design process, where we bring your vision to life.

The most helpful thing you can bring is your imagination! If you have any inspirational images (from Pinterest, magazines, or photos), please bring them along. It's also useful to have a clear idea of your budget range, as this helps our designers make the best possible recommendations for you.

Absolutely not. Our consultations are genuinely no-obligation. We are here to provide expert advice and help you understand your options. We want you to feel 100% confident and excited before moving forward with any design.

You are always welcome to visit our showroom during opening hours to browse our collection. However, we highly recommend booking an appointment for a design consultation. An appointment ensures that a designer is reserved exclusively for you, giving you their undivided time and attention.

We recommend setting aside about one hour for your consultation. This gives us ample time to discuss your ideas in detail, answer all your questions, and explore different design possibilities without you feeling rushed.
