How much is my gold worth?
It depends on the carat (9ct, 18ct, 22ct), the weight, and the condition of each piece. We weigh and test everything in front of you and explain exactly how we reach our offer, so there are no surprises.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — our gold buying service is by appointment only, seven days a week. This means you get a private, unhurried slot with a jeweller rather than waiting at a counter.
What kinds of gold do you buy?
Gold jewellery of most kinds — rings, chains, bracelets, earrings and pendants, in 9ct, 18ct or 22ct — plus gold coins and bullion. Broken, single or inherited pieces are all welcome.
Do I have to sell on the day?
Not at all. Our offer comes with no obligation. You're welcome to take time to think it over, and there's never any pressure to accept.
What should I bring?
Bring your gold and a form of photo ID. We keep proper records for every purchase, so ID is required to complete a sale.
Could I remodel my gold instead of selling it?
Often, yes — and it can be the more rewarding choice. If your piece is sentimental, ask us about our remodelling service and we'll talk you through the options.
