We start by understanding you. We'll discuss your vision for gemstones, metals, and design preferences, then craft jewellery that's uniquely yours. With a clear direction in mind, our design process begins.

Exploring Designs

It’s time to delve into your jewellery design details! You can view our existing rings in person, online, or via the online builder. Once your stone and setting details are decided, we will start sourcing your unique gemstones!

Create and Refine Design

It’s time for the details. We’ve found your dream stones, and now our dedicated CAD designer is ready to create a 3D rendered image of your jewellery. We can fine tune the design, adding details, and changing your claw style until it’s perfect!

The Crafting Process

Your stunning jewellery is cast, hand set, and finished by our skilled UK based jewellers. We meticulously check every detail is perfect, add any personalisation you've chosen, and then your ring is carefully prepared for its journey to you.

I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

How far in advance should we order our wedding bands?

We recommend visiting us at least 3 to 4 months before your wedding date.

This allows ample time for you to browse our collection, have your fingers professionally measured, and for your rings to be made to your exact specifications.

If you are commissioning a bespoke wedding band to fit a unique engagement ring, allowing a little extra time is always beneficial to ensure the design process is relaxed and enjoyable.

Can you create a wedding band that fits around my engagement ring?

Yes, this is one of our specialties!

Many engagement rings have unique shapes or low settings that prevent a straight wedding band from sitting flush.

Our Shaped Wedding Band service involves creating a bespoke ring that contours perfectly around your engagement ring.

We start by 3D scanning your engagement ring to create a digital model, ensuring the new band fits seamlessly like a puzzle piece, preventing gaps and reducing wear between the two rings.

Do you offer engraving for wedding bands?

Yes, we offer a personalisation service that includes engraving.

Adding a special date, your partner's initials, or a short meaningful phrase to the inside of your band is a wonderful way to make your ring truly yours. We can discuss font styles and options during your appointment at our South Street boutique.
