Do you charge for private home visits?
For bespoke commissions, high-value remodelling projects, and significant valuations, our initial home consultation within our specified service areas is complimentary.
We view this as an essential part of the luxury Griffin & Co experience. If you are enquiring solely for a minor repair collection, a small travel or secure postage fee may apply, which we will clearly discuss with you beforehand.
How does a home visit actually work?
One of our expert jewellers or master goldsmiths will travel to your home at a scheduled time that suits you.
For design consultations, we bring extensive portfolios, various precious metal samples, and a curated selection of loose diamonds or gemstones for you to view in your own lighting.
We also bring professional sizing tools to ensure absolute precision.
Is my jewellery safe if you collect it for repair?
Completely. We offer secure, fully insured collection from your home directly to our Chichester workshop.
Crucially, all repair and remodelling work is conducted safely on-site by our in-house master goldsmiths. Your precious family heirlooms never leave our hands or get sent to third-party factories.
Can I still purchase from you if I live outside these specific regions?
Absolutely. While these areas denote our primary footprint for personal, face-to-face home visits, we work with clients globally.
You can utilise our Online 3D Design Studio to craft bespoke pieces, conduct consultations via secure video link, and receive your completed pieces via fully insured, tracked international shipping.
