Cian helped design an amazing bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé and was always happy to go above and beyond for me. I was talked through the process and steps involved in having a ring made and was able to discuss this whenever with Cian as he was nearly always able to pick up the phone or ping a few messages back and forth! If you wear your pearls frequently, we recommend restringing them every 1-2 years. Over time, the silk thread can stretch or weaken, increasing the risk of breakage. We check the integrity of the silk and knots as part of our service.
Yes, absolutely. We can solder broken links on gold and platinum chains. The repair is typically very discreet and restores the strength of the chain. For complex hollow chains or rope chains, we will assess the damage first to ensure a lasting repair is possible.
