On Sunday 18 October we spent the day at the Bluewater Signature Wedding Show in Kent, and we would like to begin by saying thank you. Thank you to County Wedding Events for having us, and thank you to every couple, family member and friend who stopped at our stand to look at the bridal jewellery and talk through what you have in mind.
A room full of people planning a wedding
The show ran from 11am to 3pm, and the hall stayed busy from the moment the doors opened. That is the part of these days we enjoy most. A wedding show is rarely about choosing something on the spot. It is a chance to hold a piece, see how a band sits beside an engagement ring, and ask the questions you would not think to ask across a counter.
We brought our bridal jewellery with us, and it was a pleasure to watch people try pieces against the rings they already wear.

See the post from the day on Instagram — thank you to County Wedding Events and to everyone who came to see us.
From the show to the workshop

Much of what we showed at Bluewater comes out of our own workshop at 64 South Street, and most of it can be adapted. A band that sits slightly differently, a metal swapped, a setting altered so it suits the stone you already own — that is ordinary work for us, not a special request. We also carry work from other independent suppliers we trust, and where a piece is by another maker we will tell you so.
If you would rather start from nothing at all, that is where bespoke begins. You bring the idea, or half an idea, and we draw it, model it and show you a rendered image before anything is cut in metal.
How long it takes. Bespoke commissions take 6 to 12 weeks from the agreed design. If you would rather design with us remotely, our online studio takes 4 to 6 weeks. We would rather give you those figures at the start than promise a date we cannot hold.
Come and see us in Chichester
Our showroom is at 64 South Street in Chichester, and you are welcome to book a private appointment there. Bring the piece you already have, bring photographs, bring the ring you have seen and liked — the more we can look at together, the more useful the conversation.
It is unhurried by design. There is no queue behind you and no reason to decide anything on the day.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only make wedding rings, or can you design engagement rings too?
Both, and they are usually designed together. A wedding band often has to sit against an engagement ring, so it helps to think about the two as a pair from the beginning.
I saw something at the show. Can that exact piece be ordered?
In most cases yes, or something very close. Most pieces can be made to order or adapted, so bring a photograph from the day and we will tell you honestly what is available.
Do I need to book, or can I call in?
Booking is easier for you. A private appointment means our undivided attention rather than a conversation fitted around other customers.
Book an appointment
Every piece starts with a conversation, and the honest place to have it is with the jewellery in front of us. Book an appointment at the Chichester showroom, and bring your ideas with you.
