What happens after I place my order online?
Once you finalise your design and place your order, our master goldsmiths in Chichester carefully review the specifications. We source your chosen diamond, cast the precious metal, and meticulously hand-finish your piece. The entire crafting process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
Can I design something completely from scratch?
While the online studio offers thousands of combinations, if you have a completely unique vision that cannot be built in the app, we recommend our Bespoke Design Service. You can book an appointment to work from a blank canvas with our designers.
Are the 3D renders an accurate representation?
Yes, our 3D technology provides highly accurate, photorealistic renders of how your final piece will look, proportioned perfectly to your chosen diamond and ring size.
Is my online bespoke design guaranteed?
Absolutely. Every piece crafted by Griffin & Co, whether designed in-store or via our online studio, comes with a comprehensive guarantee of craftsmanship and a complimentary first-year check and clean in our workshop.
