Can I get my ring resized if I buy the wrong size?

In most cases, yes. Simple bands and solitaire rings are usually straightforward to resize by one or two sizes. However, full eternity rings (with stones all the way around) or intricate bespoke designs can be difficult or impossible to resize. We always recommend contacting us first if you are unsure.

I’m buying a gift and don’t know the size. What is the safest bet?

For rings, the average size for a woman is M or N, and for a man, it is T or U. For necklaces, an 18-inch (45cm) chain is the universal "standard" that suits almost everyone. If you are truly unsure, earrings or an adjustable bracelet are the safest (and equally beautiful) options.

Does band width affect ring size?


Yes, it does. A wide ring (over 4-5mm) will feel tighter on your finger than a thin, delicate band because it covers more surface area. If you are choosing a chunky ring or planning to stack three or four rings together, we generally recommend sizing up by a half-size.

My fingers seem to change size. When should I measure?

Our fingers fluctuate due to temperature, hydration, and time of day. They are often smaller in the morning or when cold, and larger in the evening or when hot. For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day when your hands are at their normal, slightly larger size.
