This time, I brought in some very sentimental pieces of jewellery to be remodelled, and the team couldn’t have been more attentive and professional. They took the time to listen carefully to my ideas, offered helpful guidance, and perfectly brought my design to life. The finished piece is absolutely stunning and holds so much meaning to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and craftsmanship.

Cian helped design an amazing bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé and was always happy to go above and beyond for me. I was talked through the process and steps involved in having a ring made and was able to discuss this whenever with Cian as he was nearly always able to pick up the phone or ping a few messages back and forth! The ring is beautiful - one very happy customer and fiancé!

We couldn’t be happier with the team at Griffin & Co! I wanted to create a new engagement ring from my original which had sentimental value. Lili and I went through the design thoroughly and it was everything I expected and more! Absolutely stunning ring!! My husband also had his wedding band made with our own materials and what a masterpiece! We’re blown away! I will add I did not give them much time to get this done before the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure we had them for the big day! I have not had customer service like this in a very long time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Quality service and quality product! Very highly recommend!

Have been meaning to get my Grandmother’s engagement ring re-sized for ages and finally bought it in. Griffin and Co did a wonderful job with it and didn’t charge the earth at all. They polished it up so it sparkled like new. I wear it everyday and it’s really special.
