What happens after I place my order online?
Once you place your order, our team in Chichester checks the specification — setting, metal, diamond and ring size — and confirms it with you before your ring goes to be made. We will confirm the timeline for your piece with the order.
Can I design something completely from scratch?
While the online studio offers thousands of combinations, if you have a completely unique vision that cannot be built in the app, we recommend our Bespoke Design Service. You can book an appointment to work from a blank canvas with our designers.
Are the 3D renders an accurate representation?
Yes. The 3D view shows your chosen setting, metal and diamond in three dimensions, so you can see how the proportions and the setting read from every side before you order.
Is my online bespoke design guaranteed?
Absolutely. Every piece we sell, whether designed in store or through the online studio, is covered by our guarantee of craftsmanship and comes with a complimentary first-year check and clean in our workshop.
