We start by understanding you. We'll discuss your vision for gemstones, metals, and design preferences, then craft jewellery that's uniquely yours. With a clear direction in mind, our design process begins.

Exploring Designs

It’s time to delve into your jewellery design details! You can view our existing rings in person, online, or via the online builder. Once your stone and setting details are decided, we will start sourcing your unique gemstones!

Create and Refine Design

It’s time for the details. We’ve found your dream stones, and now our dedicated CAD designer is ready to create a 3D rendered image of your jewellery. We can fine tune the design, adding details, and changing your claw style until it’s perfect!

The Crafting Process

Your stunning jewellery is cast, hand set, and finished by our skilled UK based jewellers. We meticulously check every detail is perfect, add any personalisation you've chosen, and then your ring is carefully prepared for its journey to you.

I had a wonderful experience at Griffin & Co Fine Jewellery in Chichester. The quality of their jewellery is exceptional, and what really stood out to me was how reasonably priced many of the pieces are considering the craftsmanship. You can tell they take pride in offering high-quality items without the inflated prices you often see elsewhere.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to chat, answer questions, and even shared some really interesting conversations about jewellery and design, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and personal rather than just a transaction.

I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Later that day I received a call to say they were ready, beautifully repaired, professionally cleaned, and all free of charge. I was genuinely blown away by the service!!

Absolutely. Remodelling is a cornerstone of our service. We can extract a gemstone from a piece that no longer suits your taste and sculpt it into a new, bespoke creation.

Because we are true makers with an on-site workshop, your original stones are handled with meticulous care throughout the entire process.

The choice of metal can either enhance or contrast the stone's hue. Platinum and white gold provide a crisp, modern backdrop that allows the gemstone's colour to pop, while 18ct yellow gold offers a timeless, warm glow that complements deep reds and greens.
