We start by understanding you. We'll discuss your vision for gemstones, metals, and design preferences, then craft jewellery that's uniquely yours. With a clear direction in mind, our design process begins.

Exploring Designs

It’s time to delve into your jewellery design details! You can view our existing rings in person, online, or via the online builder. Once your stone and setting details are decided, we will start sourcing your unique gemstones!

Create and Refine Design

It’s time for the details. We’ve found your dream stones, and now our dedicated CAD designer is ready to create a 3D rendered image of your jewellery. We can fine tune the design, adding details, and changing your claw style until it’s perfect!

The Crafting Process

Your stunning jewellery is cast, hand set, and finished by our skilled UK based jewellers. We meticulously check every detail is perfect, add any personalisation you've chosen, and then your ring is carefully prepared for its journey to you.

I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Finding the perfect chain length depends on your personal style and where you prefer the pendant to rest.

We offer a variety of classic lengths, typically ranging from 16 to 20 inches. A 16-inch chain sits beautifully just above the collarbone, while an 18-inch chain is our most popular choice, resting elegantly just below it.

What precious metals do you use for your neckwear collections?

To ensure lasting beauty and everyday durability, our necklaces and pendants are meticulously crafted from the finest precious metals. Our collections feature pieces cast in solid 9ct and 18ct Yellow, White, and Rose Gold, as well as luxurious Platinum and highly polished 925 Sterling Silver. Fine chains can occasionally catch and break with everyday wear, but they can almost always be beautifully restored. Our on-site Chichester workshop offers comprehensive repair services, including seamless laser chain soldering and secure clasp replacements.

Because your jewellery never leaves our premises, you can trust that it is handled with the utmost security, precision, and care by our expert goldsmiths.
