I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Later that day I received a call to say they were ready, beautifully repaired, professionally cleaned, and all free of charge. I was genuinely blown away by the service!!

Standard lengths are usually 16" (choker style) or 18" (princess length, sitting on the collarbone). For pendants, consider where you want the piece to sit in relation to your neckline. We can adjust chain lengths or add extension links in our workshop to ensure a perfect fit.
If you wear your pearls frequently, we recommend restringing them every 1-2 years. Over time, the silk thread can stretch or weaken, increasing the risk of breakage. We check the integrity of the silk and knots as part of our service.
Yes, absolutely. We can solder broken links on gold and platinum chains. The repair is typically very discreet and restores the strength of the chain. For complex hollow chains or rope chains, we will assess the damage first to ensure a lasting repair is possible.
