Eternal Embrace Ring

Excellent job in recreating my wife’s engagement ring. Friendly helpful staff.

I had been doing research on engagement rings for ages before finally settling on buying one from Griffin and Co. - Fab website with full 360° views of each of the diamonds I was interested in and pulled out all the stops to get the ring hand delivered to me in time for our holiday to Italy. Now fiancée very pleased with the ring and even managed to pop into Hatton Garden to get it resized when we got home. Top service from Cian and the team!

My purchase of Bespoke Jewellery @ Griffin & Co

I recently commissioned a bespoke natural 1.8 carat diamond trilogy ring and a pair of diamond studded huggie style earrings. It was not an impulse purchase and took several weeks to conclude.

I chose to go along the bespoke route rather than buy ready made pieces because I wanted my ring and earrings to complement the jewellery I already owned & wore on a daily basis.

After an initial consultation with Erin, a member of Cian’s team, I did extensive research online. Buying diamonds is a complex affair - there are so many factors to consider when choosing natural diamonds - size, cut, colour, clarity etc. All of these can affect not only the price, but also appearance.

Having educated myself, to an albeit basic level, I was able to better judge Cian’s input about design, quality and price. I was impressed by his provision of a detailed breakdown of costings & computer generated photographic images. This information enabled me to evolve the jewellery design, to decide which diamonds to specify and the price to pay.

Cian then sourced the diamonds from his London supplier and arranged for his Emsworth workshop to create a 3D silicon model of the ring. This meant I could try the image of my imagination on my actual finger. Subsequenty, I did slightly change the ring setting, so it was a really useful part of the bespoke process. Finally I was able to place my order. Cian & his team had been very patient.

My combined bespoke purchase of a ring and earrings took about a month to complete: time to obtain the GIA certification I stipulated for the trilogy ring diamonds, for the jewellery pieces to be actually crafted and for them to be sent away for hallmarking.

Could I have ordered direct from an online supplier and paid a cheaper price? In theory, yes. But I didn’t feel I could trust the integrity of such a source for a product as complex & nuanced as natural diamonds. And how could I have faith in the quality of the jewellery workmanship if I bought online?

No, having benefited from Cian’s knowledge of gemstones and advice on jewellery design, I decided instead to accept the fair price we negotiated & give Griffin & Co my order.

I am delighted with both my trilogy ring & diamond earrings. And I know if I ever need to resize my ring or I want to have the jewellery cleaned or checked for security of settings or clasp, Griffin & Co will willingly provide this as part of their after sales service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Cian & his team at Griffin & Co for bespoke and very fine jewellery.

I lost a diamond from my ring and Griffin & Co repaired it for me and it’s even more beautiful. A fabulous service. Thank you!

Excellent service , very attentive and friendly .Took time to find exactly what I was looking for and at the right price .

I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring and couldn’t afford a new one so Kian organised a selection of coloured stones as a cheaper alternative option. I chose pink Topaz and it looks absolutely gorgeous, I love it! He also re rhodium plated the ring for me. He is extremely kind and helpful and we will definitely be long term customers.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience today in Griffin & Co. Cian helped make picking a ring for my birthday a really special experience with his expert knowledge, great customer service and honesty and transparency on the products I was looking at.

Will definitely be coming back for future purchases- thank you!

Great customer service , highly recommend Griffin & Co :)

Very helpful with a great range

I lost the original stone in a signet ring that has been in my family for many generations. Other jewellers, both here and in Dubai attempted to match the original, but failed miserably! Cian and the team at Griffin not only found the perfect match to the original, but, returned the ring looking like new. It doesn’t have any great monetary value, but it’s sentimental value and part in my family history, tell a story that can now continue. I’m absolutely delighted and can’t recommend d Griffin and Co enough.

Thank you

Lovely shopping experience today. Great service and very happy with purchase. Would recommend.

Friendly assistants, stock beautiful. My repair, replacing a damaged black pearl in a ring, dealt with quickly with excellent result, thankyou very much.

I had a wonderful experience at Griffin & Co Fine Jewellery in Chichester. The quality of their jewellery is exceptional, and what really stood out to me was how reasonably priced many of the pieces are considering the craftsmanship. You can tell they take pride in offering high-quality items without the inflated prices you often see elsewhere.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to chat, answer questions, and even shared some really interesting conversations about jewellery and design, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and personal rather than just a transaction.

If you're looking for beautiful jewellery, fair prices, and truly welcoming service, I highly recommend Griffin & Co. It’s a great place to shop and I’ll definitely be returning.

Beautiful

Cian and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. We were never rushed and were given plenty of time to consider our options. After some though, we asked Cian to design a ring for us, and the result is absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend
