We start by understanding you. We'll discuss your vision for gemstones, metals, and design preferences, then craft jewellery that's uniquely yours. With a clear direction in mind, our design process begins.

Exploring Designs

It’s time to delve into your jewellery design details! You can view our existing rings in person, online, or via the online builder. Once your stone and setting details are decided, we will start sourcing your unique gemstones!

Create and Refine Design

It’s time for the details. We’ve found your dream stones, and now our dedicated CAD designer is ready to create a 3D rendered image of your jewellery. We can fine tune the design, adding details, and changing your claw style until it’s perfect!

The Crafting Process

Your stunning jewellery is cast, hand set, and finished by our skilled UK based jewellers. We meticulously check every detail is perfect, add any personalisation you've chosen, and then your ring is carefully prepared for its journey to you.

I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring and couldn’t afford a new one so Kian organised a selection of coloured stones as a cheaper alternative option. I chose pink Topaz and it looks absolutely gorgeous, I love it! He also re rhodium plated the ring for me. He is extremely kind and helpful and we will definitely be long term customers.

I lost the original stone in a signet ring that has been in my family for many generations. Other jewellers, both here and in Dubai attempted to match the original, but failed miserably! Cian and the team at Griffin not only found the perfect match to the original, but, returned the ring looking like new. It doesn’t have any great monetary value, but it’s sentimental value and part in my family history, tell a story that can now continue. I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Later that day I received a call to say they were ready, beautifully repaired, professionally cleaned, and all free of charge. I was genuinely blown away by the service!!
