Exploring Designs

It’s time to delve into your jewellery design details! You can view our existing rings in person, online, or via the online builder. Once your stone and setting details are decided, we will start sourcing your unique gemstones!

Create and Refine Design

It’s time for the details. We’ve found your dream stones, and now our dedicated CAD designer is ready to create a 3D rendered image of your jewellery. We can fine tune the design, adding details, and changing your claw style until it’s perfect!

The Crafting Process

Your stunning jewellery is cast, hand set, and finished by our skilled UK based jewellers. We meticulously check every detail is perfect, add any personalisation you've chosen, and then your ring is carefully prepared for its journey to you.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to chat, answer questions, and even shared some really interesting conversations about jewellery and design, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and personal rather than just a transaction.

I used to go to the previous jewellers on this spot for years, so I popped into the new jewellers, Griffin & Co, on Monday to get a couple of rings repaired. They were badly bent and very dirty, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Later that day I received a call to say they were ready, beautifully repaired, professionally cleaned, and all free of charge. I was genuinely blown away by the service!!

Can I design a gemstone necklace using the 3D Online Design Studio?

Yes. Our 3D Studio empowers you to experiment with different gemstones, metal colours, and chain lengths.

This allows you to visualise the proportions and the way the pendant will sit before the piece is meticulously forged by our master goldsmiths in Chichester.

What are the most enduring chain styles for gemstone pendants?

To ensure a balance of strength and elegance, we recommend the curb, wheat, or cable links in recycled platinum or 18ct gold.

Each chain is checked at our bench to ensure it is secure enough to carry the weight of an exceptional gemstone for a lifetime of wear.
